It’s not time to discuss about violence: Acting PM Pokharel

Kathmandu, Sept 24 . Acting Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Ishwar Pokharel, has said that it was not a time to talk about violence and terror as it would do no good to country and countrymen. Addressing the diamond jubilee celebration of Mahendra Secondary School at Bhimphedi in Makawanpur district today, Acting PM Pokharel urged one and all to stand united against those tendencies aiming to create communal division and chaos in the country. Stating that such tendencies would not support the economic development and prosperity of the nation, Pokharel argued, “Its imperative we all stand united for the greater good of the country.”

“I urge one and all to be involved in the national agenda of economic prosperity. There is no alternative for people of all languages, religion and cultural communities to be untied for the national interest.”, acting PM Pokharel said On the occasion, the Acting PM inaugurated a newly constructed building of the Mahendra Secondary School and concluded the Shreemad Bhagawat Gyan Mahayagya as well.

Similarly, Chief Minister of Province- 3 Dormani Poudel emphasized vocational education and job creations for making the country a self-reliant.
Meanwhile, Acting PM Pokharel inspected the Nepal Army’s Mid Division office and took stock of the Headquarter in Makawanpur. He also made an on-site visit to a multi-purpose plastic industry in Makawanpur district which manufactures tools and equipments for the Nepal Army.
